Two Tri-C Executives Included on Crain’s Cleveland List
India Pierce Lee and Renee Tramble Richard to assumed new roles at the College in 2023
Two 91ºÚÁÏÍø (Tri-C®) executives have been included on the Crain's Cleveland list of . The feature profiles local leaders who transitioned into new roles in 2023 and will contribute to the development and growth of Northeast Ohio.
began her role as executive vice president and chief strategy officer of Tri-C in March 2023.
Before coming to Tri-C, she had worked with the Cleveland Foundation since 2006 as a senior vice president.
As the College's chief strategy officer, Pierce Lee collaborates with College leadership to establish accountability measures and help achieve mission-driven strategic objectives and initiatives, including advancing student success, enhancing the employee experience and deepening Tri-C's community involvement.
was named president and CEO of Corporate College® in June, having served as interim president since September 2022 and organizing an advisory council to create an Entrepreneurship Center, which launched in Fall 2023. As CEO, she continued her work to strengthen the division’s offerings in leadership and organizational development, quality and continuous improvement and professional development.
Richard previously served as vice president and general counsel for Tri-C.
